What’s your weather policy?Light rain usually doesn’t affect results (especially with pure water window cleaning). For heavy rain, lightning, or high winds, we’ll reschedule at the earliest safe time.

Is your work insured?Yes—we maintain commercial liability coverage. Certificates of Insurance are available upon request.

What stains can you remove?Organic growth (algae, mildew), dirt, and typical buildup are standard. Rust, battery acid, artillery fungus, or heavy oxidation require specialized treatments—priced and tested case-by-case.

Do you clean screens, tracks, and sills?Yes—just let us know what level of detail you want. We offer packages from exterior glass only up to full detailing (screens, tracks, sills).

How far out are you booking?It varies by season. Spring and fall are busiest—maintenance plan customers get preferred scheduling. If you have a deadline, tell us and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

What forms of payment do you accept?Major credit/debit cards and ACH via secure invoice; cash/check by arrangement. You’ll receive a detailed invoice/receipt.

How long will my project take?Most single-service residential visits take 1–3 hours. Multi-service bundles or large properties may take half a day or a full day. We’ll provide a time estimate with your quote.

Do you offer before/after photos?Yes—upon request we provide documentation, which is great for out-of-town owners, property managers, and commercial sites.

Will you move furniture or heavy items?We’ll safely move light, outdoor items. Heavy furniture, grills, or fragile décor should be moved by the owner prior to service.

Can I bundle services or set up a maintenance plan?Yes! Bundles (e.g., house wash + windows + driveway) and maintenance plans (monthly/quarterly/bi-annual) save money and keep your property looking great year-round.

Do you have any prep or access fees?Only if special equipment (e.g., lifts) or unusual access constraints are required. We’ll note anything like this in your estimate.

Can I cancel or reschedule?Of course. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust the schedule.

How do you price jobs?Pricing depends on service type and scope: Windows: pane count, height/access, screens/tracks. Pressure/soft wash: square footage, material/condition, stains (rust, oil, algae). Gutters: linear feet, number of stories, access. We’ll give a clear written estimate before we start.

What’s the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?Pressure washing uses higher pressure for hard surfaces (concrete, brick, pavers). Soft washing uses low pressure + cleaning solution for siding/roofs to safely remove organic growth without damage.

How should I prepare for my appointment?Please: close windows, move vehicles away from areas being cleaned, secure pets, clear fragile décor, and ensure outdoor water access. For interior window work, remove items from sills.

Do I need to be home for exterior work?Not for most exterior services. Just ensure we have access (gates unlocked, pets secured, vehicles moved if needed, water spigot available).

Do you offer commercial services?Yes—storefronts, offices, restaurants, HOA/common areas, multi-unit properties, and light industrial exteriors. Ask about route window service and scheduled exterior maintenance.

Will pressure washing damage my siding or plants?We use manufacturer-recommended methods (soft wash for siding/roofs) and take plant protection seriously—pre-wetting, covering sensitive plants when appropriate, and thorough rinsing.

Are estimates free? How do I get one?Yes—free and fast. You can request an estimate online, text us photos, or schedule a quick on-site visit for larger or complex projects.

What services do you offer?Exterior window cleaning (interior by appointment), screen cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing (siding/roofs), gutter cleaning & whitening, gutter guard installation, driveway/sidewalk cleaning, fence/deck washing, oxidation removal (case-by-case), and maintenance plans.

What equipment do you use for window cleaning?Traditional squeegee methods for interiors/detailed work, and DI (deionized) water-fed poles for safe, spot-free exterior cleaning up to several stories from the ground.

Do you install gutter guards?We do. After a thorough gutter cleaning, we can recommend and install guards that fit your roof/gutter style. We use quality materials and proper fasteners.

Is window cleaning still necessary after a house wash?Yes. Soft washing removes grime from siding, but windows benefit from dedicated cleaning for a streak-free, spot-free finish (especially after a house wash).
